1. Setting the agenda; the Advisory Committee for Scotland workplan for the future.
2. Apologies for absence.
3. Minutes of previous meeting on 27 June and matters arising. Minutes enclosed.
4. Director’s Report. This is attached for reading in advance; questions to be taken, based on the report.
5. Telecoms issues; presentation by Andrew Muir.
6. Helplines; use of 0870 numbers – paper enclosed.
7. Audit of Nations and Regions – presentation by Mark Bunting.
8. Ed Richard’s Westminster Media Forum speech (this item will also include a briefing on the review of the EU Television Without Frontiers Directive). Copy of speech enclosed.
9. Ofcom Strategy planning day; thoughts from ACS.
