Register of disclosable interests
Audit Members are required to disclose interests (including shareholdings, directorships and employment) they, their partners or dependent children have in companies whose core business activities (and hence share price) could be affected by the decisions taken by the Audit Committee or by the Ofcom Board where the Audit Committee has provided advice or made a recommendation. Also included in the register are company directorships, offices held in charitable bodies, and other public appointments.
