Thomas Prag is Chairman of Media Support - a consultancy and NGO which specialises in 'media for devlopment' with projects in countries like Zambia, Guyana and Afghanistan as well as work for DfID and others. He is also a local Liberal Democrat councillor and sits on several boards. He was the Radio Authority’s member for Scotland and Chairman of its Access Radio pilot scheme. Previously, he was Managing Director of Moray Firth Radio in Inverness and helped develop a network of community stations in the Highlands and Islands . He is chairman of Ofcom’s Advisory Committee for Scotland.
