Membership & Biographies
The Election Committee will be chaired by the chair of Ofcom’s Content Board (or, should he not be available, then such other non-executive Ofcom Board member as appointment by the Chairman of the Ofcom Board). The Committee shall comprise up to five members drawn from the Ofcom Board, the Content Board and/or Ofcom colleagues, as determined by the Chair of the Committee (subject to quorum requirements).
