Functions and Role
The Ofcom Board has delegated the discharge of functions in relation to fairness and privacy complaints to a committee known as the Fairness Committee.
Further details of the Committee’s duties are explained within their terms of reference.
The Committee meets as and when required. All meetings take place at Ofcom’s offices in London.
