Functions and Role
The role of the Non-Executive Remuneration Committee is to review the fees and all other remuneration of the Non-Executive Members of the Ofcom Board and to make appropriate recommendations on such remuneration to the Department of Industry and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.
It is a sub-committee of the Ofcom Board.
The Committee meets as and when required. All meetings take place at Ofcom’s offices in London.
