Register of Disclosable Interests
Content Board Members are required to disclose interests (including shareholdings, directorships and employment) they, their partners or dependent children have in companies whose core business activities (and hence share price) could be affected by the decisions taken by the Content Board or by the Ofcom Board where the Content Board has provided advice or made a recommendation. Also included in the register are company directorships, offices held in charitable bodies, and other public appointments.
