The Remuneration Committee
Function and Role
The Remuneration Committee has oversight over all matters relating to the remuneration of the Chief Executive and members of the Executive Committee (together called “the senior management team”). It approves Ofcom’s overall remuneration approach and policy relating to all other Ofcom colleagues, committee members and other appointments, including those in relation to the Consumer Panel but excluding the non-executive Members of the Ofcom Board. It oversees and decides upon issues relating to pension arrangements established by Ofcom for all Ofcom colleagues, Board and other Committee members.
It is a sub-committee of the Ofcom Board and is chaired by an Ofcom Board Member.
