Customising how you view the website

Make the size of text bigger or smaller for this site only

You can choose to have the text size on our web pages display in one of either four different sizes. After choosing a style, we’ll remember your preferred choice every time you return to the site.

Go to display options to choose your preferred style.

Make the size of text bigger or smaller in your browser

This website supports your web browser’s options for setting text size. By setting a preferred text size in your browser, every website you visit that supports this feature should reflect your choice.

In most browsers, you can set your preferred text size by selecting View from the menu bar, and then by selecting Text Size.

Display the site in a standard or high contrast style

If you have low or impaired vision, you may benefit from choosing to view the website using the high contrast style. The high contrast style displays green text on a black background. The standard contrast style displays black text on a white background. After choosing a style, we’ll remember your preferred choice every time you return to the site.

Go to display options to choose your preferred style.

Change the screen resolution

If you have difficulty in reading text on screen, you may benefit from setting your computer screen to a lower resolution setting. This will make everything on screen bigger.

If you use Windows, you can change your screen resolution by selecting Control Panels from the Start menu, and then by selecting Display.

If you use Mac OS X, you can change your screen resolution by selecting System Preferences from the Applications folder, and then by selecting Display.

If you use a different operating system, refer to your system help for assistance.

Changes you can make with your operating system

The latest versions of Windows and Mac OS X offer additional accessibility features.

If you use Windows XP, you can find more accessibility information on Microsoft’s website.

If you use Mac OS X, you can find more accessibility information on Apple’s website.

If you use a different operating system, refer to your system help for assistance.
