ECC Decision on UWB

At its meeting in Cascais in October 2005, the Electronic Communications Committee (ECC) of the European Conference of Communications and Postal Administrations (CEPT) approved the following draft document for public consultation.

Draft new ECC/DEC/(06)AA on the harmonised conditions for devices using Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology in bands below 10.6 GHz is available to download using the links below or directly from the ERO web site: www.ero.dk.

This is a CEPT-wide public consultation being managed by the European Radiocommunications Office (ERO) on behalf of CEPT ECC. Interested parties are asked to reply directly to ERO and the ECC Secretary, before 24 December 2005 via email to jaap.steenge@at-ez.nl with a copy to pedersen@ero.dk.

It is useful for Ofcom to see responses from UK stakeholders before the closure date. Therefore, UK stakeholders are asked to additionally copy their comments to andrew.gowans@ofcom.org.uk.
