The Wireless Telegraphy (Ultra-Wideband Equipment) (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 No 2440
The Wireless Telegraphy (Ultra-Wideband Equipment) (Exemption) Regulations 2007 contained a typographical error in regulation 2 (Interpretation) of the Statutory Instrument.
Specifically regulation 2 (Interpretation) reads:
" “dBm/MHz” means decibel per milliWatt; "
however it should read:
" “dBm/MHz” means decibel milliWatt per megahertz; "
Ofcom has made an amending SI, The Wireless Telegraphy (Ultra-Wideband Equipment) (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2007, to correct this defect. The amending SI came into force on 17 August 2007 and can be found at: http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2007/uksi_20072440_en.pdf.
