In our publication Radio - Licensing Policy for VHF Band III, Sub-band 3 issued on 21 December 2005 Ofcom has misreported, in paragraph 3.7 (page 9), the views of Day One Radio.

We would like to point out that Day One Radio’s interest is in local DAB rather than a national DAB service and this was made clear in their submission.

In paragraph 3.10 (page 10) Day One Radio’s name should be added to those of the Christian Broadcasting Council and Premier Christian Radio who support Ofcom’s proposals as they will create both local and national opportunities for Christian broadcasters.

As the document has already been published, and the point Day One Radio makes does not impact on the overall decisions set out in our document, we do not intend to change the published version.
