Customer service and Quality service
There is intense competition between Internet Service Providers (ISP) in the UK. ISPs are generally very keen to hold on to their existing customers. Therefore, it is in an ISP’s interest to treat its customers fairly – and for that reason they should always be available to give advice on customer service or quality issues.
However, if you need to complain about your ISP or its service, then please see http://www.ofcom.org.uk/complain/internet/
