How to get your Tag on the line removed
In general, the most reliable way to get accurate information and advice regarding Tag-on-the-line’ issues is by contacting the service provider you are considering moving to (the ‘gaining provider’).
The incidence of Tags has reduced significantly over the last 12 months, and service providers have significantly improved their ability to correctly diagnose the causes of Tags and, with your help, identify what needs to be done to eliminate them when they arise
