Isolde Goggin is Chairperson of the Commission for Communications Regulations which she joined in 2003, having previously been Director of the Regulated Markets Division at Ireland’s Competition Authority. Prior to that she held various position within eircom and in the European Commission’s DG Information Society. Isolde qualified from Trinity College Dublin with an engineering degree and obtained a Masters in Business Administration from University College, Dublin. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in European competition law and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland.
