Sean Williams is responsible for the development and enforcement of Ofcom’s economic regulation and competition policies in communications markets. He is also a non-executive director of Williams Lea Group Limited, a £450m international business services company. From 1997 to 2003 he was a partner of LEK Consulting, a strategy consulting firm, where he advised on competition and business strategy issues, and was a special advisor in the Prime Minister’s Policy Unit from 1995 to 1997.
