Conference Venue
The conference will be held at the Hilton Tower Bridge Hotel, on the south of the River Thames between London Bridge and Tower Bridge, and opposite the Tower of London. The hotel will open in September 2006. Accommodation is available in the venue hotel and in the London Tower Bridge Premier Travel Inn.
The Wednesday Reception - Tower Bridge - The Walkways
The Walkways span between the North and South towers of the Bridge and are located 45 metres above the Thames. They offer magnificent panoramic views of London with the Docklands and Greenwich to the East and the Tower of London, St Paul's, the City and The Monument to the West.
The Thursday Reception - City Hall
City Hall, one of London’s most spectacular new buildings, is home to the Mayor of London, the London Assembly and the Greater London Authority. The reception will be held in ‘London 's Living Room’ on the top floor, with an external walkway giving an exclusive 360° panorama of the London skyline.

The 4-star conference venue has 245 bedrooms, all with high-speed Internet access and with broadband Internet access throughout. There is a health club on site.

Transport
Hilton London Tower Bridge is less than 10 minutes by foot from London Bridge underground station.
For overseas visitors arriving at London City Airport, take a traditional black cab to the hotel for about £20 (journey time less than 30 minutes), or take the Docklands Light Railway to Bank (£3 fare – 22 mins journey) and then a cab or a Northern Line tube south to London Bridge and walk.
For overseas visitors arriving at London Heathrow Airport, take the Heathrow Express to London Paddington (journey time 15 minutes, cost £13.50 or £22.50 first class) and then a cab (about £12). Cabs to the hotel from the airport are about £50.
For overseas visitors arriving at London Gatwick Airport, take the Gatwick Express to London Victoria (journey time 30 minutes, cost £14.00 or £21.00 first class) and then a cab (about £10). Cabs to the hotel from the airport are £85 plus, and comparatively slow.
For overseas visitors arriving at London Waterloo (Eurostar), take a cab (about £8).
