Ofcom Board Change

Ofcom announces today that Non-Executive Director Stephanie Liston is to step down from the Board from March 31 2008.

A senior lawyer with international commercial and regulatory experience, Stephanie Liston joined the Ofcom Board in 2005; she is stepping down to pursue a range of business interests across the communications sector.

Ofcom Chairman David Currie said “On behalf of the Board I would like to express Ofcom’s gratitude to Stephanie Liston for all her hard work and dedication to Ofcom since her appointment. Her expertise has been of substantial assistance to Ofcom as we have sought to regulate in the interests of citizens and consumers across the range of our duties."
