Conditional Discharges were handed down for the following periods and offences;
- 1x6mts pirate, 15x12mts (1x unlicensed marine radio use, 1xRTTE, 1x selling mobile 'phone jammers, 4xCB, 8xpirates) .
- 9x18mts pirates 1x24mts pirate
Other penalties applied were;
- Community Punishment Orders 1x60hrs RTTE, 1x120hrs pirate 1x200hrs pirate 1x240hrs pirate
- Community Service Orders 2x100hrs - pirates
- Attendance Court Order - 1xpirate
- Youth Offending Team referrals 2x3mts - pirate
- One CB offender received a one year suspended sentence
- One pirate offender was given a Community Rehabilitation Order of 12mts
- Three of the "other" convictions are for marketing cellphone jamming devices
- Four of the "other" convictions are for RTTE offences
- One PMR offender received a 2-year probation order
- Two convicted pirates were required to serve curfews enforced by electronic tagging
- Other official cautions are for possessing and offering for sale restricted apparatus (video senders), operating a Short Range Device at excessive power and RTTE offences
