The OLC provide a support service to Business Radio licence holders. Amongst the services they provide are:

processing licence applications and assigning frequencies
managing the issue of renewal and revocation notices
issuing customers with a reprint of their licence(s)
letting you know your licence fee
can let you know what the fee will be for a prospective application
working closely with Business Radio to ensure an effective service for the customers.
