Publication under regulation 48(a) of The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Award) Regulations 2008

Following the determination of winning auction stage bids in accordance with regulation 41 Ofcom announces that a licence to use the entire 1452-1492 MHz band (i.e. all of lots LA to LQ) with a high power licence condition has been awarded to Qualcomm UK Spectrum Ltd. The licence fee determined in accordance with regulation 45 is £8,334,000.
