Communications for Business is an independent advisory committee set up under the 1984 Telecommunications Act.  Its job is to advise the Director General of Telecommunications on issues which affect small businesses. 

The committee was re-established in September 2000 and  is chaired by Peter Sayers who is also a member of CCE.
