Licence Documents & Application Forms

The ITC's broadcasting licences contain conditions which reflect legal requirements about the nature of the services provided. Licence holders for Channel 3 (ITV), Channel 5, public teletext and digital multiplex services must keep to the proposals submitted in their applications. As well as specific conditions, the Channel 4 licence contains a Statement of Programme Policy setting out additional aims and principles.
