Residential initiatives

Premium Rate Service (PRS) Call Barring - Some background information about call barring and Oftel's current position.

Learning Society Initiatives  - Oftel has agreed to list independently those eligible centres who qualify for BT’s ‘LearningStream’ and ‘Public Institutions Internet Caller’ (PIIC) products. The list details those Learning Centres eg libraries, colleges - that have confirmed they meet the defined criteria for BT’s LearningStream and Public Institutions Internet Caller products.
