Introduction

The Large Business User Panel is made up of individuals responsible for purchasing telecoms services for large businesses. Consignia, the BBC and the DSS are amongst the representatives from the public sector. From the private sector, members include American Express, British Airways, Barclays and Sainsburys.

The Panel’s aim is to promote awareness in large organisations of the opportunities available in the competitive marketplace and to expose Oftel’s policy makers and telecom companies to the concerns of large telecoms users.
