Terms of Reference:
The WLR Immplementation Working Grou
is responsible for the further detailed work on product specification,
process design and associated assessment criteria that is required
as part of the implementation programme. This group will also be
responsible for identifying and managing any inter-dependencies
between the implementation programmes of BT and alternative providers.
In particular, the group will have responsibility for:
- any further detailed analysis that
may be required of the product specification;
- end-to-end process design;
- IT interface specifications;
- identifying, documenting, and resolving
any implementation issues that may arise.
Membership
The Group will be open to all providers
of telecom service providers and will include Oftel. Other parties,
including representatives of consumer organisations and third party
solution providers, may be invited to attend at the discretion of
the Chair. All those attending will be assumed to be available to
carry out work for the Group outside the meeting. Oftel will chair
the Group.
Meetings
Meetings are held every 1-2 weeks.
Minutes of meetings to be produced and
circulated within three working days of the meeting. Minutes will
be sent directly to those who attend the meetings or who have requested
such minutes. Also, the notes will be posted on the Oftel website.
The Chair will report to the WLR Service
Providers Forum on issues and progress.
