Terms of Reference

The WLR Service Providers Forum (WLR SPF) is the primary means for industry stakeholders to be involved in the implementation programme, and is open to all service providers/operators. It meets approximately every six weeks, and the main function of this group is to provide provide visibility to industry of progress on the implementation programme. In particular, the group will:

  • review at each meeting the progress made by BT against the published implementation plan;
  • advise Oftel as to whether any proposed variance from the published product specification is acceptable;
  • provide any industry input that may be required for Oftel’s forecasting process;
  • discuss any wider policy issues that may arise in relation to WLR.

Minutes of meetings will be produced and circulated within a week of the meeting.

Minutes will be sent directly to those who attend the meetings or who have requested such minutes. Also, the notes will be posted on the Oftel website.
