Calls to Mobile Project

During 2000 and 2001 Oftel carried out a review of the existing controls on the termination charges of Vodafone and O2. As part of this process Oftel held a series of meetings with both fixed and mobile operators. These meeting were in two streams: the "Competitiveness Working Group" was used to discuss the development of a bottom-up cost model of mobile call termination. The minutes of these meetings can be found below.
