The Oftel Forum is designed to encourage communication between stakeholder groups and between Oftel and its stakeholders.

The Secretary would therefore encourage Oftel Forum members to email relevant items they would like to see included in the agenda for future Forum meetings.

The Secretary will need to know the following,

An outline of the agenda item being proposed and why you feel it should be included on the agenda,

and whether you wish to present the item yourself.

While Oftel will carefully consider each proposed agenda item we cannot guarantee to include every suggestion in future Oftel Forum meetings.

If there are any other issues you would like to raise with the Secretary then please let her know.

Would you like to see other short cuts included? Or do you know of websites which you think will be of interest to other members. As before email the Secretary with your suggestions.

Oftel Forum News:

As promised at the last meeting, 25 October 2002, we are in the process of looking at alternative venues.

We will let you know when confirming the date of the next meeting whether or not a suitable venue has been found.

If the Forum cannot find a venue we consider to be appropriate then the meetings will be held at Ludgate Hill as normal.

Consumer Forum:

In response to comments received at the last meeting in October, an additional Forum for consumer groups will be held early next year.

The proposed time table will be:

Industry only Forum

Consumer only Forum

Mixed Industry/Consumer Forum.

As yet we have not confirmed the dates.
