Publication of Customer Interface Specifications

Under condition 15 of their operating licences - Publication of Interfaces - operators are required to notify and publish the technical specifications of their customer interfaces. This requirement reflects the obligations of the Revised Voice Telephony Directive (98/10/EC) and the Radio Equipment and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Directive (99/5/EC). In agreement with operators and manufacturers working in a Network Interoperability Consultative Committee (NICC) industry task group, OFTEL and NICC have produced the OFTEL/NICC Guidelines for Interface Publication Issue 2

The specifications of interfaces provided by network operators are available through the links below, which will take you out of the OFTEL web site.
