This Notice replaces the previous Notice published on 7 September 2001 under Section 12(2) of the Telecommunications Act in the London, Belfast and Edinburgh Gazettes and placed in the Official Journal of Europe setting out the proposed modifications of Conditions 22 and 23, and making reference to a new Condition 26, in all PTO licences, and was subsequently withdrawn.

• Proposed modifications to the licences of all Telecommunication operators (PTO) - 7 September 2001

The Notice published under Section 12(2) of the Telecommunications Act 1984 in the London, Belfast and Edinburgh Gazettes and placed in the Offical Journal of Europe setting out the proposed modification of Conditons 22 and 23, and which makes reference to a new Condition 26, in all PTO Licences has been withdrawn. Oftel will not proceed with proposed modifications as set out in that Notice dated 7 September 2001.
