Oftel's October 1996 consultation document Competition Issues in Terrestrial Broadcast Transmission set out its proposal to publish the analogue Site Sharing Agreement between NTL and the BBC. Following consultation the agreement is now available and is reproduced by kind permission of NTL and Castle Transmission International (who bought the BBC transmission network in 1997).
