Thus alleged
that BT was selling its DataStream Customer Access Link (CAL)
product below the cost of an equivalent partial private circuit,
implying that the product must be cross-subsidised. Thus claimed
that this would result in margin squeeze if Thus wished to sell
a DataStream based service to an ISP in competition with BT Wholesale.
Following
new information Thus has withdrawn this complaint, in order to
submit a revised complaint on the same subject. Accordingly Oftel
has closed this case.
