Access to RA Information |
![]()
Although the Freedom of Information Act does not come into force until January 2005, one of its requirements is that all government departments and agencies must produce a Publication Scheme by November 2002, which sets out the classes of information they commit to publish under the Act. From this time until 2005, information detailed in the Scheme will be available to the public under the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information, which is currently in force.
Most of the publications and classes of information in this Publication Scheme are already on the RA website. However, guidelines relating to the Agency's internal administration, and the agendas and minutes of Management Board meetings, are being made available for the first time.
In 2003, further publications, such as the RA Corporate Plan, will also be published here on the RA website for the first time.
