Access by staff as data subjects

From 1 January 2003 all requests from present or past staff of the Radiocommunications Agency must be made through the Departmental Co-ordinator in DTI. Your letter should contain enough information to identify you as the data subject to assure the Department that it is genuine. It should be addressed to:

Enquiries from other agencies

The requests for information by police forces and other statutory bodies should be addressed to the Data Protection Officer in the Radiocommunications Agency.
