From 1 January 2003 all requests
from present or past staff of the Radiocommunications Agency must be made through
the Departmental Co-ordinator in DTI. Your letter should contain enough information
to identify you as the data subject to assure the Department that it is genuine.

If your enquiry is about a particular area of interest, please specify that
area in your letter. It will reduce the effort and time needed to handle your

Enquiries from other agencies
The requests for information by police forces and other statutory bodies should
