Quality Assurance
The Agency continues to build on the various quality initiatives taken in recent years. Our aim is to keep at the forefront of benchmarking and other continuous improvement techniques, using these in pursuing a policy of continuous improvement in the quality of service provided to our customers. As a mark of our commitment to the application of business process improvement techniques, the Agency is jointly sponsoring the European Best Practice Benchmarking Award in 1997 and 1998.
