In 2001 we commissioned an independent research company, ORC International, to carry out a survey investigating the quality of service that we and our subcontractors provide to our licensees. The survey's results gave us valuable information on customer requirements and satisfaction.
Now we are looking to continue and develop the work begun last year. We have improved the questionnaire, incorporating your recommendations so that it is shorter, simpler and easier to follow. The survey will run continuously from 16th September 2002 to 14th March 2003, to gather customer satisfaction information throughout the year rather than at a specific point in time.
ORC International will contact a representative sample of licensees by letter, giving them an ID number to complete the questionnaire on the web or will contact them by telephone between 16th September 2002 and 14th March 2003.
If you receive a letter and wish to complete the questionnaire on-line, please use the ID number provided in the letter to enter. Using the ID number prevents you from being additionally called by ORC for a telephone interview. To access the on-line questionnaire please click on the Licensee Satisfaction Survey 2002 link.
