Local Customer Panels

The Panels have been set up to enable greater face to face communication between the Agency and their customers at a local level. The aim of the Panels is to share views with key customers in a smaller, relaxed forum so that the Agency can develop policies taking account of their views, so that we can listen to any anxieties and so that we can continuously improve the Agency's local services in response to those views.

The first round of Local Customer Panel meetings were held between March and July 2000. There are currently 9 Local Customer Panels. One for each of the RA's Regional Offices and National Licensing Centres as well as one for our Radio Monitoring Station in Baldock, Hertfordshire.
