On
11 July, a consultation document concerning draft Regulations to introduce
this licence exemption was published. Comments on the document were invited
before 15 August 2003.
It has now been decided to
extend the timescale for inputting comments to the 12th September 2003.

Please note that the ITU Recommendations referred to in Annex 1 (paragraphs
6 and 7) are erroneously given as ITU-R SA.1247-1 and ITU-R SA.1248 respectively.
The correct prefixes are ITU-R F.1247-1 (6) and ITU-R F.1248 (7).
