Following the consultation "Implementing Spectrum Trading" issued by the Radiocommunications Agency in July 2002, the Spectrum Management Advisory Group (SMAG) hosted an open forum on 2 December 2002 at the Royal Society. The event was chaired by Dr John Forrest CBE, the Chairman of SMAG and presentations were made by the Radiocommunications Agency and SMAG.
