The Government's response to the independent review of radio spectrum management by Professor Martin Cave was published on 15 October 2002, as announced in the joint DTI/HM Treasury Press Notice: Government agrees recommendations from Cave Review.
The Review reported to the Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry in February 2002. DTI and Treasury Ministers welcomed the review’s report and published it on 6 March 2002, as highlighted in the joint DTI/HMT 'Government Welcomes Independent Review of Spectrum'
