5 - APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS |
Applications must be submitted in hard copy to the following address:

Applicants should note that the Auctioneer may designate another place at which Applications should be submitted. However, this power will only be used in exceptional circumstances. The alternative location would be publicised on the Agency website.

Applications should contain:
by 3 p.m. on the date the Secretary of State receives the Application, Bidders must also have transferred the Initial Deposit so that it has received in cleared funds in the account with the Paymaster General specified below. Applicants must notify the BFWA Section in advance that the Deposit is to be submitted together with details of the amount to be deposited.
