6.2 Disclosure of further information
Following issue of this Memorandum, the Secretary of State has the discretion to publish further information and to publish questions and the answers provided. The Secretary of State may however exercise her discretion not to publish a particular question and answer, in whole or in part. She will also reserve the right not to respond to such a question, and to publish relevant guidance arising from an answer to such a question. The identity of those asking questions will not be published without the questioner’s permission. Applicants should note the provisions of the Notice in relation to questions on Applications (sections 2.1.10 and 2.1.11 of the Notice) and publication of information provided to the Secretary of State (sections 8.1.6 and 8.1.7 of the Notice).
6.3 Further copies of the Memorandum
This Memorandum is available from the BFWA pages of the Agency website. Further printed copies are available, up to a maximum of 10 per recipient. Requests should be made in writing to the address set out above in 6.1, stating the number of copies required and the name and address to which they should be sent.
