Auction of Spectrum at 28GHz

The Agency invites companies who are considering bidding in the auction of licences for Broadband Fixed Wireless Access at 28 GHz to a seminar at the Agency’s headquarters in London at 10.00 on Friday 28 July 2000.
The purpose of the seminar will be to discuss the arrangements for running the auction.
There will be a demonstration of the IT system that will be used during the auction. This will show how the auction rules and procedures will operate in practice.
The demonstration will be performed as two parallel tracks: in one track the auctioneer processes will be performed, and in the other the bidder processes. These tracks will show the screens which each role will encounter during the auction, together with the information which will be available to them both.
Questions regarding required hardware/software or how to use the system will be answered at the seminar.
