Application Procedures

Applications for any remaining Licence
may be submitted from 15 October 2001 until 14 October 2002 and will be provisionally
allocated on a "first come first served" basis. The Application Form and the
Bidder Compliance Certificate,
should be completed and submitted to the Agency together with any supporting documents.
Applications should be sent in hard copy to:

Deposits
By 3pm on the date the application is received, applicants must also have transferred
their Initial Deposit (10% of the Reserve Price of the Licence to which the Application
relates) to the following account:

Payments must be clearly identified by stating the registered name of the Applicant.

Applicants must
ensure they notify the BFWA Team in advance on 020 7211 0495
or 020 7211 0717 or by e-mail to bfwa@ra.gsi.gov.uk
that a Deposit is to be submitted together with details of the amount to
be deposited and the identity of the depositor. This will allow us to confirm
receipt without delay.
