This document presents the Final Report of a study on "Re- examination of the protection requirements for the Radio Astronomy Service (RAS) in light of the Broadband Fixed Wireless Access (BFWA) Multimedia Wireless Systems proposed for the 42.5 - 43.5 GHz frequency band". The study has been conducted by Transfinite Systems Ltd (TSL) on behalf of the Radiocommunications Agency (RA) under contract AY3873.
