Annex 1.1 Review of Previous Studies

In order to establish protection requirements for the Radio Astronomy service it is necessary to develop BFWA reference models for use in interference analysis and computer simulation. Previous studies are available that have considered system characteristics and network topology for BFWA operation in the 42 GHz band, and these have been taken into account when developing the models used in this study.

A summary of previous studies is provided in this Annex.
