Proposed variation to the Programme Making and Special Events Licence issued by JFMG

With regard to Programme Making and Special Events Licences issued by JFMG, this is to inform you that, in pursuant to clause 4 (Licence Variation and Revocation) in the current licence, the Radiocommunications Agency, on behalf of the Secretary of State hereby exercises its powers to make a variation.

The variations to the Licence are in Section 10 - Users and in Section 14 - Interpretation (additional items defining 'wireless microphone' and 'occasionally hired' in the PMSE Wireless Microphone Licence). The details of these are shown in the sample revised licences below.
