Prototype Evaluation
What is it about?
We would like members of the user community to help evaluate the usability
of online services as they are developed. This will help us make sure that
these services meet customer needs.
Currently there are two prototypes to evaluate:
RA Online Services
We are currently developing a fully interactive prototype to evaluate the usability
of generic functionality and interface features that we plan to implement across
all RA online services. Until this is ready, you can view a short Powerpoint
slide show containing sample screens.

SatClear
The RA will be offering a new licence product later on this year which allows network providers to offer uplink functionality from small satellite dishes (terminals) for services such as the broadcasting of broadband internet. This service is specific to terminals where the antenna flange power is up to and including 48 dBW and the transmission is within the Fixed Satellite Service (FSS) exclusive bands of 14 - 14.25 GHz and 29.5 - 30 GHz. The on-line system to clear and register such terminals is to be known as SatClear.
