small satellite dishes (terminals) for services such as the broadcasting of
broadband internet.

Using SatClear
Members of the public can check whether they may have a terminal at any address, by entering the postcode and house number using the Clearance tool.
If you have a Network Licence, you may use the SatClear online system to manage your licence. Your username and password should have been sent to you in the post by now - if you have not received them, please call the Agency on 020 7211 0745.
A presentation on
SatClear was given at the Satellite Consultative Committee (SCC) meeting on
11 June 2002.

SatClear XML schema
As part of SatClear, Network Operators will be able to submit a batch of terminals
for processing. Batch processing may be either registrations, amendments to
existing terminals or de-registrations. A separate file will be needed for
each process. The file must be in XML format and must conform to an agreed
XML schema.
The version of the XML schema to be used for SatClear may be viewed here.
